Privacy Policy – Shopable Waitlist

This page describes the rules for processing personal data of individuals who sign up for the waitlist for the Shopable solution.

Data Administrator

The administrator of personal data is the entity responsible for the development of the Shopable project.

What data do we process and for what purpose

When signing up for the waitlist, we only process your email address. We use this data for:

  • informing you about the launch of the Shopable platform and access to the product,

  • sending information about new features, updates, and important changes related to the project.

Legal basis for processing

Processing your personal data is based on:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) – by signing up for the waitlist and accepting cookies, you give your voluntary consent to the processing of your data.

  • Legitimate interest of the administrator (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – for the purpose of analyzing website statistics to optimize and improve service quality.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

Where we store your data

Provided email addresses are stored on a mailing list in an external email campaign management tool, snov.io. This tool is used for securely managing the subscriber list and sending emails.

Analytics and user behavior analysis tools

Our site uses Microsoft Clarity – an analytical tool from Microsoft that helps us understand how users interact with our website.

Microsoft Clarity may collect the following information:

  • how users navigate the site (clicks, scrolling, mouse movements),

  • information about the device and browser,

  • technical data related to performance and interactions on the site.

Microsoft Clarity does not collect data that would allow for the direct identification of a person (such as name, surname, or full email address). All data is processed in an anonymized manner.

We use this data solely to improve the usability of the site, optimize user experiences, and identify potential technical issues.

Data transfer outside the EEA: Microsoft Corporation is a company based in the United States. Data collected by Microsoft Clarity may be transferred and processed outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Microsoft participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with GDPR requirements.

Our site uses cookies – small text files stored in your browser. Cookies are essential for the proper functioning of analytical tools.

Microsoft Clarity uses the following cookies:

  • _clck – user identifier (validity: 1 year)

  • _clsk – session identifier (validity: 1 day)

  • MUID – identifies the browser (Microsoft)

  • CLID – the first contact of the user with Clarity

  • ANONCHK, MR, SM – Microsoft technical cookies

Managing cookie consent: Upon your first visit to the site, you will be asked to consent to the use of cookies. You can:

  • Accept cookies – Microsoft Clarity will function fully and help us improve the site

  • Reject cookies – Microsoft Clarity will not collect data about your visit

You can also manage cookies directly in your browser – each browser allows you to delete or block cookies. Please note that removing cookies may affect the operation of certain site features.

Your consent is stored locally in the browser and is not transferred to any external servers.

Data recipients (data processors)

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • Snov.io – an email campaign management platform that stores email addresses from the waitlist.

  • Microsoft Corporation – provider of the Microsoft Clarity analytical tool.

  • Hosting service providers and IT infrastructure – necessary to ensure the operation of the website.

All our partners act as data processors and are obliged to protect your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

Data retention period

Email Addresses (waitlist): Data will be retained until the project is launched and during the period of communication regarding the development of Shopable or until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribe from the mailing list).

Analytical data (Microsoft Clarity): Data collected by Microsoft Clarity is stored for up to 90 days from the time it is collected, in accordance with Microsoft's policy.

Cookies: Individual cookies have different validity periods (from 1 day to 1 year), as described in the "Cookies" section.

Your rights regarding data processing

Under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), you have the following rights:

  • Right of access to data – you can obtain information about what data we process about you and receive a copy of it.

  • Right to rectify – you can request to correct inaccurate or complete incomplete data.

  • Right to erasure – ("right to be forgotten") – in certain cases, you may request the deletion of your data.

  • Right to restrict processing – you may request restriction of the processing of your data in certain situations.

  • Right to data portability – you can receive your data in a structured format or request its transfer to another entity.

  • Right to object – you can object to the processing of data for specific purposes.

  • Right to withdraw consent – you can withdraw your consent to data processing at any time (regarding the mailing list and cookies).

If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates GDPR regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Data security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, change, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

Changes to the privacy policy

This privacy policy may be periodically updated to reflect changes in our data processing practices or in applicable laws.

In case of significant changes, we will inform you through an appropriate notification on the site or via email (if you have signed up for the waitlist).
